In 2018, Chandra's noble mission manifested in the form of the Boi Toi Hoi Chai Free Coaching School. This extraordinary initiative aimed to tackle the alarming school dropout rates among underprivileged children. At its inception, three coaching schools began to shine a beacon of hope.

Chandra Sekhar Kundu, a professor at Asansol Engineering College, witnessed street children scavenging for food outside the college canteen in 2016 and knew he had to act. He began collecting excess canteen food and distributing meals to the needy — this was the seed that grew into FEED.

However, the unforeseen challenges of the Corona lockdown couldn't halt Chandra's resolve. Instead, he saw an opportunity to expand his noble cause, and today, sixteen coaching classes thrive across four districts in West Bengal, providing a brighter future for thousands of children.

But Chandra's passion for change knew no bounds. In 2021, he turned a dream into reality, acquiring land in Palashdiha, Asansol, to build a haven for underprivileged children - a stunning campus that embodied hope and opportunity.

Within its walls, a vibrant library came to life, welcoming eager minds with an array of carefully curated books. Beyond academics, Chandra enriched their lives by organizing dance, music, spiritual, and self-defense classes, empowering them with skills that go beyond the classroom.

Through his unwavering dedication, Chandra Sekhar Kundu has transformed the lives of over 200 children, breaking barriers of economic disparity and fostering a harmonious environment where dreams have no limits. His journey stands tall as a testament to the triumph of compassion, resilience, and the power of education.
