Social Initiative & Intervention Model
Boi Toi Hoi Choi is an education intervention model solving rural dropout crises among 1,200+ first-generation learners across 21 functioning coaching schools in Asansol & Purulia tribal belts.
Founder's Leadership: Architected by Chandra Sekhar Kundu with a holistic remedial retention curriculum, rural study kit logistics, a library of 1,500+ books coupled with robotics & science, and volunteer teacher frameworks.
Truancy Breakthrough: Pioneered the mother-driven Whistle Blowing Club to ensure timely morning school mobilization, achieving 95%+ daily attendance and zero morning truancy.
Key Outcomes (Apr 2025 – Mar 2026)
Madhyamik Board Success: Rescued dropouts achieved a 100% pass rate in the Class 10 Madhyamik 2026 state secondary exams.
Girl Child Mentorship: 70+ tribal girls trained in football (Bengal Tigress) and 2 karate units (Matangini Vahini).
Maternal Livelihood: Village mothers empowered for sustainable income via the Yapan handicraft cluster.

The FEED Bengal Tigress Sisters
70+ young tribal girls from rural villages who never held a football are now trained and competing in tournaments. The FEED Bengal Tigress program has given them confidence, discipline, and dreams of representing Bengal at the state level.
From Hunger to Hope
In remote tribal villages where children often went to bed hungry, our Daily Night Food program now ensures consistent nutrition. Better health has led to 95%+ daily attendance and a 100% Class 10 Madhyamik pass rate.
